Rental Requirements
Everything first-time renters need to know before renting our equipment. Please review the requirements below before submitting your rental.
Rental Application
First-time renters are required to complete a rental/lease application. A background check will also be conducted.
Credit Card Hold
A pre-authorized hold of up to $1,000 per rented item will be placed on the credit card. The hold is released once the equipment is returned and validated.
Age Requirement
Renters must be 21 years of age or older at the time of rental. No exceptions.
Required Identification
A valid Texas Driver’s License, Texas State-issued ID, or passport is required, along with a credit card bearing the cardholder’s name.
Cardholder Requirement
The person signing the rental agreement must be the cardholder. The name on the credit card and identification must match.
Cards Not Accepted
Debit cards, prepaid cards, and temporary bank-issued cards are not accepted for rentals.
Returning Rental Customers
Returning rental customers will not have a pre-authorization hold placed on their credit card.
Daily Rentals
Daily rentals are available Monday through Wednesday only and are due back the following day by 4:00 PM.
Three-Day Minimum
A three-day minimum rental applies to equipment rented Thursday through Saturday.
Please note: Make sure you have the required identification
and an eligible credit card in the cardholder's name before arriving for
your rental.
